All pet food products we ship have a minimum of 6 months remaining before the best-by date. Dry kibble from brands like Blue Buffalo and Purina typically has a shelf life of 12–18 months from manufacture. Always check the expiry date printed on the bag.

We understand that every pet is different! If your pet refuses a food product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you find a better match from our catalog and arrange a refund or exchange — even on partially used bags.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all pet food orders. If your pet refuses the food or you're not happy for any reason, contact us for a full refund or store credit — even on opened bags. We believe you should never be stuck with food your pet won't eat.

Log in to your Account Dashboard, go to "My Orders", and select "Request Refund" for the order in question. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. For approved returns, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost.

Unused toys and accessories can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund. If a KONG or Nylabone toy breaks under normal use within the first 30 days, we'll replace it free of charge — just send us a photo as proof.
