Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)
We offer fast, reliable standard shipping on all pet food, treats, toys, and accessories. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your pet's essentials reach you quickly and safely. Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.
Expedited Delivery (1–2 Business Days)
Running low on your pet's favorite food? We offer 2-Day and Overnight delivery at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 2 PM EST will be processed the same day. This is ideal for prescription diets, urgent supplement refills, or last-minute gifts for your furry friend.
Large / Heavy Item Shipping
Large bags of pet food (30 lbs+), cat trees, and large kennels are shipped via ground freight. These orders typically take 4–7 business days and require a valid delivery address. The carrier will send a notification before delivery. Some large items may require a signature upon receipt.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International rates and delivery times vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Please note that certain pet food products may be subject to customs inspection or local import restrictions. We recommend checking your country's regulations before ordering.
